What are the hosting requirements?
It must be enabled for PHP and a MySql database.

Can it work with a database driven site?
Yes add the line of javascript code to the template page.

Will it work with a static html site?
Yes.

Does it log search engine spiders?
No.

Is it a replacement for visitor logs?
No. Affedit records visitors to your site if they reveal their origin and/or the link they came through was labelled, not the total number.

Can site monitor visits be blocked?
Yes, you can list domains to ignore.

Will it work with other web objects besides links?
Yes, for example you can alter the src attribute of an iframe holding an application form.

Can it be used with any affiliate network?
Yes, as long as there's a tracking or subid option for the links which shows up in the commissions report.

Will javascript links work?
No, it requires html links.
